This project involved an addition to an existing adult care home in Portland, Oregon to convert the property into a larger residential care facility. The design expanded the building footprint to accommodate a total licensed capacity of 18 beds. Careful attention was given to circulation, bedroom layout, and life-safety requirements associated with residential care use.
