A middle housing development on a one-acre lot in Gresham, Oregon consisting of four total dwellings. The project includes two new construction homes, an above-garage addition to an existing residence, and an addition to an existing shop structure. The design coordinated multiple building types while meeting middle housing and site development requirements.
